Not all gambling games are played to get or waste some money in online gambling and other gambling institutions. If you have got children, you may teach them playing gambling games not just to teach them logic and strategy but also simply to have some fun.

Poker

Different versions of poker differ one from another only by some rules, but in many variants there is a special feature. The dealer lays down special cards that are named community cards that may be used by every player to create proper hands.

In Texas hold'em poker the number of gamblers can be up to 10, so there is no dealer as players deal one after another. Hole cards are two cards that are dealt to the player at the start of the round. To get the pot you must make the most appropriate combination using your hole cards and three of the five community cards that are proposed for all the gamblers.

Blackjack

Black jack is also a very popular game. Following the rules of blackjack, the value of numeric cards is the same as their face value and picture cards bring you 10 points. If you have got an ace it can give 1 or 11 points. In that game players try to gather a combination valued as 21. It is better to have less than 21, but not go over. Dealer gives 2 cards to every player and then gambler should decide to get more cards or to stay with current. He may get cards but not to exceed 21.

Some people like playing gambling games at home with their family with money. I don't think that it's proper, because kids should take the game as fun, but not as the argument for money. You should realize that these games are quite useful for kids to develop their logical thoughts, but if they are played at home, not in various free gambling or other gambling institutions.
