Recently scientists have contrived the alternative system to learn the structure of protein, which is x-ray dissection. Protein crystallography is known as just a part of x-ray crystallography but it is really important. Protein crystallography does permit determining protein secondary structure and later threefold structure of protein. Usually, on the basis of protein crystallography information it is possible do determine the protein quaternary texture, but it is not always available. In certain cases protein shows its various characteristics, it depends on conditions. Folding of protein is the cardinal structural feature of protein molecule. The protein is very surprising substance, because all the data about it is collected and folded in its primary texture. So lots of scientists from all over the world try to determine the protein function more duly. Many very essential features of protein as protein classification, its function are still can not be determined due to lack of knowledge about it, so we should learn more about protein classification. There are many protein problems that are not solved despite the present achievements. There is some determined relations between the texture of protein and its primary structure, but they can not be described. Scientists managed to resolve these problems only for the class of proteins named peptides. The function of peptides is the domain that is well-learned. Now it is feasible to execute the peptide synthesis process for any size peptides. Lately, the protein crystallography conference has been held. All the data, successes, problems of crystallography of protein can be searched out in the CCP4 Bulletin Board. All the reports of famous scientists that were created during the conference are included into CCP4BB archive. |
